Hi there!....and WELCOME to my-pin-up-girl.com!
My name is Wimma, and this is my story:
A Long Time Ago... Loooooong before Photoshop, Wacom and Canon arrived on the scene... (when I still could barely hold a pencil) I often tried to draw Sexy Pictures of Sexy Girls!... Just like those made by LUIS ROYO
Girls fascinated me.I couldn’t take my eyes off them,
Neither could I stop thinking about them. (Nothing strange about that, right?)
I collected pictures of girls, lots of pictures (Just like all the other boys did)
But I collected Hundreds!...Thousands!...
All kinds of pictures!
As long as they were Pictures of Girls! (I think I was about ten years old, then)
But...of course, my "Works of Art", went unnoticed, and never amounted to much.
So one day I just decided...damn this!...I’m wasting my time...I just don’t have the talent to do it!
However...years later...I bought a camera (a Canon 35mm SLR...all film those days, no Photoshop yet!)
I started taking pictures of Everything and Everyone around me…(but mostly of the GIRLS!…)
Until one day...AGAIN...I decided to give it up.
But then...Something changed!...
Somebody somewhere, made a Digital Camera (…and I bought one…) Again it was a Canon...the size of cigarette box, and it came complete with Photoshop Elements.
That was the Beginning of the "Long and Winding Road", so to speak! The Power of Digital Photography immediately Captivated and Entranced me!..
I COULDN'T STOP CREATING PICTURES!...
I worked relentlessly...
20 hours a day...
for about a year.
But, as always, I wanted more!
So, I bought Bigger and Better Digital Cameras, Lenses, Flash Lights...ADOBE Photoshop CS2, a WACOM Art Tablet, more RAM...
For me it was like HEAVEN! As if these Incredible High-Tech Tools were designed and made (by some Very Clever Guys) Just for me!
...and I WORKED, and LEARNED...NON STOP!
(I smoked Thousands of Cigarettes, and drank almost as many Cups of Coffee,) And suddenly EVERYTHING CHANGED! A New World of Creative Possibilities opened up...on my Computer Monitor...Right in front of me!
And this time...I’m never giving up! Yes!...that's true!...
